Each individual may hold only one active account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. babu employs automated and manual fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts belonging to that individual will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members. babu shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
You must notify babu immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
You may request the closure of your babu account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard verification checks.
babu reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Verified accounts benefit from higher transaction limits. babu reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time and will communicate material changes via the Platform.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts using mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. babu reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where:
Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. babu does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in other persons' names, or payment methods not previously registered and verified on your babu account.
All wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that the correct selections, stakes, and game options have been chosen before confirming a wager. babu does not accept requests to cancel or amend wagers after they have been placed and confirmed by the system, except where explicitly provided for in the specific game rules.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game type, market, and account level. These limits are displayed within each game or betting market prior to wagering. babu reserves the right to impose individual account-level stake limits where unusual betting patterns are identified.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during game play, babu will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server-side logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. babu's decision in such circumstances is final. No winnings will be paid out for games or rounds that were demonstrably affected by a software malfunction.

Sports betting markets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, FIFA for football). In cases where a governing body's official result differs from the live score shown on the Platform during the event, the official declared result shall take precedence for settlement purposes.
If a sporting event is postponed and rescheduled to take place within 48 hours of the original start time, bets will generally stand. If an event is postponed beyond 48 hours or is abandoned without a result being declared, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Live in-play markets are subject to suspension at any time at babu's discretion — typically during key moments such as wickets, penalties, or other significant occurrences. Bets accepted prior to a market suspension are valid. babu reserves the right to void any in-play bets where there is evidence that the outcome was known to the player at the time the bet was placed (e.g., due to a broadcast delay).
Sports betting winnings are subject to a maximum payout limit per event, per account, per day. Maximum payout limits are disclosed within the sportsbook section of the Platform. babu reserves the right to limit payouts on any market where unusual or suspicious betting activity is detected.
New players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited to the player's bonus wallet and is subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. babu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is terminated early, players who have already opted in and met qualifying conditions prior to termination will be treated fairly at babu's discretion.
